The guests arriving
This afternoon, the guests taking part in this weekend's birthday celebrations arrived in Oslo.
The celebration started with a gala concert at Oslo City Hall.

Most of the guests attended the gala concert at Oslo city hall, a concert in honour of Their Majesties The King and Queen. The concert is a gift to The King and Queen from all the counties and municipalities of Norway.
Later this evening, the Royal guests and Heads of state are invited to dinner at Their Royal Highnesses the Crown Prince and Crown Princess' etstate Skaugum.

Sustainable solutions for the ocean, climate, and poverty are the main topics as His Royal Highness Crown Prince Haakon visits Jamaica this week with UNDP. The Crown Prince is a goodwill ambassador for UNDP.

His Majesty King Willem-Alexander is in Norway to explore solutions for green hydrogen and future energy systems. His Royal Highness Crown Prince Haakon is accompanying the King of the Netherlands during parts of the visit.
